If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are prohibited from using our services and must exit the website or platform immediately.

 

 

1. Ownership & Licensing

All liveries, vehicle models, and digital content sold or distributed by GN Modifications are the intellectual property of GN Modifications, unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product solely for personal or server use on platforms explicitly allowed (e.g., FiveM).

Redistribution, reselling, leaking, unlocking, or repackaging of any product is strictly prohibited without written permission.

 

1.1 Livery-Specific Terms

• Liveries are designed for use only on the original vehicle model they were created for.
   

• Liveries do not include the vehicle model itself and may not be used on unauthorized or leaked assets.
   

• If commissioning liveries for paid vehicles from other creators, proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required before any work begins.
   

• All liveries are locked and protected to prevent unauthorized editing, redistribution, or claiming as your own.
   

• Use on leaked, pirated, or unauthorized models is strictly prohibited.
   

 

2. Prohibited Use

You may NOT, under any circumstance:

• Reupload, redistribute, or resell any GN Modifications content
   

• Share purchased files with other individuals or communities
   

• Unlock, modify, or remove any watermarks or credit markings
   

• Claim GN Modifications content as your own
   

• Use our content in ways that violate FiveM’s Terms of Service or any applicable laws
   

Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal of access to all current and future products
   

• Permanent ban from GN Modifications services, Discord, and support
   

• Legal action, where applicable
   

 

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchases (with proof)
   

• Serious technical issues that are verified and cannot be resolved
   

By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital items are non-refundable once delivered.

 

 

4. Support & Updates

• Support is available only through our official Discord support system.
   

• While we may offer updates or improvements, ongoing support is not guaranteed unless specified during purchase.
   

• GN Modifications is not liable for compatibility issues caused by third-party scripts, frameworks, or updates.
   

 

5. Liability Disclaimer

GN Modifications and anyone on our support team, development team, or associated with us are not responsible for:

• Issues related to your FiveM server setup
   

• Malfunctions or bans in Grand Theft Auto V
   

• Performance drops, crashes, or data loss from use of our products
   

• Any losses or damages, direct or indirect, related to use or misuse of our products
   

You use our content at your own risk.

 

 

6. Termination

GN Modifications reserves the right to terminate access to any products or services at any time, without notice, for any violation of this Agreement. Termination may include:

• Product access revocation
   

• Blacklisting from future purchases
   

• Discord server removal
   

• Legal reporting or escalation, if necessary
   

 

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you agree to the updated terms.
